Residential Service Changes for 2026

Due to current labor and economic challenges, we are not able to take-on specific residential services at this time. This includes new customer sprinkler start-ups, weed control, fertilization, and aeration. Residential Irrigation prices have also been updated to reflect 2026 changes. Thank you for your understanding and trust in CLC Landscape & Irrigation. Updated 2026 Residential Services

CLC Residential Service Change 2026

As we enter the 2026 season, our team at CLC is making important adjustments to our residential services due to ongoing labor and economic pressures. These changes allow us to remain focused on delivering dependable, high-quality work while serving our long-standing customers.

Like many businesses in the landscape and irrigation industry, rising labor costs and increased material prices are forcing us to be more selective with the work we take on for 2026. These economic pressures mean we must prioritize projects where we can provide the highest level of service and reliability. While difficult, these adjustments allow us to maintain quality and consistency for our valued customers and protect the long-term sustainability of our business.

For 2026, we will not be offering residential weed control, fertilization, aeration services unless they were previously approved or prepaid in 2025. Any services that were quoted and approved last year will be honored and completed. Our 2025 package customers, including our Keep It Clean & Green package clients, will be completed as scheduled. Moving forward, the residential package program will no longer be offered.

Spring sprinkler start-ups will be offered only to select previous CLC customers. We will not be accepting new start-up customers, and our schedule is filling quickly. Customers eligible will receive an email with details and standard start-up pricing.

Residential irrigation repairs will continue to be available with updated pricing: $150 minimum charge, which includes up to one hour of quote, diagnostics, and repair-related service (materials not included). If the repair cannot be completed within the initial one-hour appointment, a detailed quote will be provided within 1–2 business days following the visit. If the customer approves the quote, $50 of the original $150 consultation (repair) fee will be credited toward the approved quote, effectively reducing the initial consultation cost to $100.

Our team is happy to provide free estimates for landscape installation projects and larger irrigation improvements when the scope of work can be evaluated visually during a site visit. In some situations, however, determining the source of a problem requires hands-on troubleshooting. This could be opening testing electrical components, locating leaks, or partially exposing irrigation lines. When this level of diagnosis is required in order to understand the issue and prepare a recommendation, the visit is considered a service call rather than a quote, and our standard $150 one-hour diagnostic rate applies. This also applies to situations that require significant travel time or more complex evaluation of existing systems. Once the issue has been properly diagnosed, we are happy to provide a clear recommendation and estimate for any repairs or improvements moving forward.

As a family-owned company, CLC takes pride in supporting and helping our local community whenever we can. If you have general questions or concerns about your landscape or irrigation system, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re always happy to provide guidance and share our knowledge with the community. Simple questions or advice, especially over the phone are always welcomed and provided free of charge. Educating our customers and neighbors is something we genuinely enjoy and believe is an important part of serving our community.

We will continue providing sprinkler blowouts and winterizations for the Fall 2026 season and will accept new blowout customers, as we have in previous years, with scheduling details to be announced in the Fall.

Material costs for landscape and irrigation-related products have increased industry-wide compared to the previous year. These general material price increases impact overall project costs, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate these changes.

We are truly grateful for the business and relationships we have built over the years and look forward to seeing many familiar faces throughout the community this upcoming spring season.

“And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.”
